At Theresa's Sari-Sari Store, we want paying for your kitchen and household essentials to be clear and straightforward. This policy explains our intended card options and how checkout works.
Accepted Payment Methods
Once our payment setup is complete, we intend to support the following card networks, subject to activation and availability at checkout:

Payment setup is not yet complete. Only payment methods shown at checkout are currently available. Card acceptance may vary by payment provider and the card issuer.
Checkout and Payment
- Add your chosen products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your contact and U.S. delivery information.
- Review your items, shipping option, any applicable taxes and the final order total.
- Select an available payment method, enter the requested details and submit your order.
- Your payment provider will authorize the transaction and may request additional verification. An order is placed only after checkout confirms that it has been submitted.
Prices and checkout totals are shown in U.S. dollars. U.S. shipping is free; any applicable taxes are shown before you place your order.
Payment Security
Our store uses Shopify's checkout to transmit payment information securely to the payment provider. Your card issuer or payment provider may ask you to complete an additional security check. We will never ask you to send your full card number, security code or password by email.
Order Confirmation
After a successful checkout, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided. The confirmation summarizes your purchase and includes your order number. Please check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive, and contact us if you need help. A shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent separately when your order ships.
Payment Problems
If your payment is declined, check that your card number, expiration date, security code and billing address are correct, and make sure any verification requested by your bank is completed. Your bank may also decline a transaction because of spending limits, insufficient funds or security checks. Contact your card issuer or try another method offered at checkout. If you see a pending authorization but did not receive an order confirmation, contact us before trying again so we can help check the order. Pending authorizations are controlled by your bank and may take time to disappear.
