Shipping Destinations and Cost

Theresa's Sari-Sari Store ships within the United States only. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Processing and Cutoff Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Our order cutoff is 2:00 PM Central Time (Victoria, Texas). Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next processing business day. For processing, business days are Tuesday through Saturday, excluding public holidays; we are closed Sunday and Monday.

Shipping Time and Delivery Partner

After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days. Orders are delivered by UPS. Delivery estimates do not include processing time and may vary because of carrier delays, holidays, weather or the destination. UPS transit business days may differ from our processing days.

Order Cancellation

To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not shipped when we receive your request, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method with no additional handling fee. Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available and our standard return and refund process applies. Contact us for return instructions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can enter it on the UPS tracking page to check your shipment's progress. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days after shipment, please contact us with your order number and email address.
