Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to feel comfortable shopping for kitchen and household essentials at Theresa's Sari-Sari Store. If something is not right with your order, please contact us within 30 days after delivery so we can help with a return or exchange.

Items Eligible for Return or Exchange

We accept requests for items that arrive damaged or defective, or that are different from what you ordered. For example, please let us know if a storage basket arrives cracked, a silicone mold is torn, or you receive the wrong utensil. We also accept eligible returns and exchanges if you change your mind.

For a change-of-mind return or exchange, the item must be unused, clean, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging and any included parts. Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase. Contact us within 30 days after delivery to begin your request. Please do not use or discard a damaged item before contacting us; photos of the item and packaging help us assess the issue.

Items Not Eligible

Items that have been used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. For hygiene reasons, food-contact items such as storage containers, silicone covers and cooking utensils must be unused and clean when returned for a change of mind. These conditions do not limit remedies available for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, or any rights provided by law.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email info@theresassarisaristore.com or call +13615793105 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item and the reason for the return. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, include photos if possible.
  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions and a free return label that you can download and print.
  3. Pack the item securely with its parts and proof of purchase. Send the return to:

  4. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. Once the return arrives, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.

How to Exchange an Item

  1. Contact us within 30 days after delivery with your order number, the item you received and the replacement you would like. For an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please include photos if possible.
  2. We will confirm whether the requested replacement is available and provide return instructions. Send the original item, securely packed with its included parts, to Theresa's Sari-Sari Store, 2308 N Navarro St, Victoria, TX 77901, United States.
  3. After we receive and inspect the return, we will arrange the replacement. If the requested item is unavailable, we will contact you about an alternative or a refund. Any price difference will be confirmed with you before an exchange is completed.

Return and Exchange Shipping Costs

If an item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the replacement within the United States. We will provide instructions or a prepaid label. For a change-of-mind return or exchange, we cover the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping an approved replacement within the United States. There is no restocking fee. Original U.S. shipping is free. Contact us before sending a return so that we can explain the applicable costs.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you and process the refund within 3 processing business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once issued, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, but the actual posting time depends on your card issuer or bank. If the refund has not appeared after that period, please check with your bank and contact us with your order number. Our processing business days are Tuesday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Order Cancellation

To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not shipped when we receive your request, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method with no additional handling fee. Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available and our standard return and refund process applies. Contact us for return instructions.
